We primarily manage funds through umbrella variable capital company (VCC) structures, which provide flexibility, tax efficiency, and privacy for our clients. These structures allow for the creation of multiple sub-funds under a single legal entity, streamlining administration and enhancing operational efficiency.

ICM Limited, our parent company, is an international fund manager and corporate finance adviser with a global presence. Headquartered in Bermuda, ICM operates 10 offices worldwide and manages US$1.3bn in assets directly, with an additional US$41.6bn managed through investee and affiliated companies (as of 30 June, 2025). Our Investment Philosophy

ICM Global Funds primarily manages funds through umbrella variable capital company (VCC) structures, which offer significant advantages in terms of flexibility, tax efficiency, and privacy for clients.

In addition to VCCs, ICM Global Funds has the capability to manage various other investment vehicles, including collective investment schemes, and private companies and trusts. These vehicles can be established in Singapore or internationally, accommodating a diverse range of investment strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

ICM Global Funds is adept at navigating the regulatory landscape, ensuring compliance with MAS regulations while providing clients with a variety of investment options that align with their financial goals. ICM Global Funds registers its funds under the MAS restricted schemes targeted at accredited investors, which are exempt from certain authorisation and prospectus requirements. This flexibility allows the it to efficiently offer tailored investment solutions while maintaining rigorous standards of governance and risk management.
