Rory Dickson

Rory Dickson joined ICM in 2026, is the founder and Manager of the  ICM South Asia Small Cap Fund and is based in Singapore. He has thirty years' experience in fund management, mostly in Asian equity markets. He founded and ran the Asian Evolution Fund, a consumer-focused Asian equity fund with Coupland Cardiff Asset Management (subsequently Chikara Investments) for 13 years in Singapore. Prior to this he spent five years with Arisaig Partners as Head of Research and Portfolio Manager, where he helped develop and implement Arisaig’s award-winning consumer strategy. Rory graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Edinburgh in 1992 and began his career with Arthur Andersen in Edinburgh, qualifying as a Scottish Chartered Accountant.
