    Oliver Campbell

    Investment Principal, ICM HPQC Fund

    Oliver Campbell joined ICM in 2026 as an Investment Principal for ICM’s HPQC fund and is based in Singapore. He previously spent twelve years in Singapore as a portfolio manager and investment analyst on Stewart Investors’ Worldwide, Global Emerging Markets and Asian equity strategies. Earlier in his career, Oliver spent eight years as an equity analyst covering the tech and telco sectors in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore after starting his career as an industrial trade journalist across global emerging markets from Pakistan to Turkey, Thailand, South Africa and others. Oliver holds a BA (Hons) in Chinese and Management from the University of Durham (UK), a Diploma from Renmin University (Beijing, PRC) and a MSc in Finance (Economic Policy) from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.
