    Richard brings over 36 years of investment experience, including 18 years managing his own Asian small-cap funds management business and 18 years at Schroders, where he was portfolio manager of the Asia ex-Japan small-cap fund and Chief Investment Officer of Schroders Korea. During his tenure at Schroders, he also managed a London-listed Korean equity investment trust. Richard is a member of CFA Society Singapore, Singapore Institute of Directors, and Singapore Fund Directors Association.
