    Kiichi Hayashi is a Japan-based strategic advisor with over 20 years’ experience across construction, urban development and real estate in Japan and selected international markets. His career spans senior roles within leading Japanese construction and development firms, with hands-on involvement across residential, commercial, hospitality and large-scale urban projects. He brings deep expertise in project execution, contractor coordination and complex build environments, alongside a growing focus on next-generation infrastructure aligned with government policy and sustainability objectives, including EV-related developments, renewable-integrated real estate and large-scale timber construction using CLT. Through Panos Co., Ltd., he maintains a strong network across Japan’s construction ecosystem.

     

    Within the GSBB Horizon Fund, he serves as Strategic Advisor for Japan, supporting EV infrastructure and real estate opportunities while leveraging his network and execution experience to drive market entry, project sourcing and delivery.
